The Hillside House is located in the town of Rexton approximately 40 miles Northwest of the Mackinac bridge just off of Hiawatha Trail. This location offers tons of four-season enjoyment and opportunity in Michigan’s beautiful upper peninsula. 7570 Church St., Rexton, MI 49762
This is a fully furnished three-bedroom home featuring a master bedroom and bath. This spacious home allows for indoor entertainment on those days of inclement weather. With a fully stocked kitchen containing pots, pans, and all your cooking and dining needs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, full-size dresser and mirror, and a walk in closest. The master bath features two separate sinks, a shower, and a garden tub. The other two bedrooms feature two twin beds, dressers, and a large closet. The spacious living room features two couches one of which has a pull-out bed with a Posturepedic mattress, a 50” television, DVD player, Atari game, lots of cards and board games for all ages. The main bathroom features a shower/bathtub. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels (bath, hand, and wash cloth), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, Q-tips and make -up wipes) and a hair dryer.
PARK AND RIDE
The hillside house features a double wide, drive through driveway no backing up is needed; pull in, park, and go riding. We are located ¼ mile from the trail system which offers snowmobiling, ATV and side x side trails, as well as marked dirt bike trails. Remember to be courteous to our neighbors when riding through town. The adjoining property is our family property. We share the dumpster at the Hillside house.
Pricing
The Hillside house offers a rate of $199.00 per night with a two-night minimum for up to six guests. Additional guests are permitted at $50.00 per night per guest. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of your scheduled stay will result in a full refund. Renters will be held responsible for any and all damages that occur on the property.
